Overview
Noon Profit Calculator Pro (“the Extension”) is a Chrome browser extension that helps sellers on noon.com calculate their profit, fees, and margins. This policy explains what data the Extension accesses, how it’s used, and — most importantly — what it does not do.
We do not collect or transmit any data
The Extension has no backend server. It does not send, upload, or transmit any data to us, to noon.com, or to any third party. Everything the Extension does happens locally, inside your own browser.
What data the Extension accesses, and why
1. Product page data (on noon.com only)
When you open a product page on noon.com and click “Calculate Profit,” the Extension reads publicly visible information already displayed on that page — product title, price, image, category, and (where available) weight and dimensions. This data is used only to pre-fill the calculator and is never saved anywhere outside your device unless you explicitly click “Save.”
2. Your settings and saved calculations
The Extension uses Chrome’s local storage (chrome.storage.local) to remember:

Your language and theme preference
Your default marketplace (UAE/KSA) and fulfillment method
Any calculations you choose to save to your history

This data is stored only on your own device and is never transmitted anywhere. Uninstalling the Extension permanently deletes it.
3. Active tab access
When you click the Extension’s toolbar icon, it briefly reads the URL of your currently open tab to check whether you’re on a noon.com product page. This only happens when you actively click the icon — the Extension never reads tabs in the background.
What we don’t do

We do not use cookies or tracking pixels.
We do not use analytics or telemetry of any kind.
We do not show ads or share data with advertisers.
We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties.
We do not access your browsing history, other tabs, or any site other than noon.com.
We do not collect personally identifiable information, financial information, or health information.

Children’s privacy
The Extension is intended for business/commercial use by adult sellers and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a revised “Last updated” date.
