Privacy Policy
ProfitProof AI browser extension · Last updated 24 July 2026
The short version.
We do not collect any of your data. Nothing you enter, and nothing the extension
reads, is ever sent to us or to anyone else. It all stays in your own browser,
and uninstalling the extension deletes it.
Who this covers
This policy applies to the ProfitProof AI browser extension, published by
Linkin Solution LLC. It does not cover Amazon, Seller Central, or any other
website you visit, each of which has its own privacy policy.
What we collect
Nothing. The extension has no accounts, no sign-in, and no servers. We receive
no information about you, your browsing, or the products you research. There is
no analytics, no telemetry, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.
The extension makes no network requests at all, and loads no remote code. All of
its calculations run offline on your own machine.
What is stored on your device
So the extension remembers your work between sessions, the following is saved
locally using your browser’s chrome.storage.local:

This information never leaves your device. It is not synced, backed up by us,
or visible to us.
Reading the page you are on
The extension can read two kinds of page, so you do not have to retype figures
that are already on screen.
Amazon product pages
It reads the listed price, item weight, package dimensions, category breadcrumb,
sales rank, review count, star rating, product title and ASIN.
Amazon’s public FBA Revenue Calculator
It reads the fee breakdown Amazon displays: the item price, referral fee,
fulfilment cost, storage cost, closing fees and the ASIN.
These readings are strictly limited:
- They happen only when you press a button in the extension. Nothing runs on its own.
- They apply only to the tab you are already looking at, using Chrome’s
activeTabpermission. - The extension holds no standing permission for any website. It cannot read pages in the background, and it cannot read your other tabs.
- What it reads is used to fill in the form and is stored on your device with the rest of your inputs. It is never transmitted anywhere.
The extension does not read your Amazon account details, order history, payment
information, messages, or anything behind a login.
Why each permission is needed

Sharing and selling
We do not sell, rent, trade or transfer any user data, because we do not hold any.
We do not share data with third parties, advertisers, analytics providers or data
brokers. We do not use data to assess creditworthiness or for lending.
Deleting your data
Selecting Reset inside the extension clears your current inputs and
saved figures. Clear history and Clear all remove the history
and comparison lists. Removing the extension from your browser deletes everything
it has stored, permanently.
Children
This is a business tool for online sellers and is not directed at children. We do
not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If the extension ever changes what it reads or stores, this page will be updated
before that version is published, and the date at the top will change. Material
changes will also be noted in the extension’s store listing.
Not financial advice
The extension produces idea-level estimates from figures you supply and from
publicly displayed marketplace data. It is not financial, investment, tax or
legal advice, and it does not predict sales or profit. Always confirm fees and
figures in Seller Central before committing money.
