This extension (“the Extension”) helps sellers create PDF invoices from their own Amazon Seller Central order pages. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what the Extension accesses, how it is used, and what we do (and do not) do with it.
1. Data the Extension accesses
When you use the Extension on an Amazon Seller Central order page, it reads information already shown on that page so it can build an invoice, including: order ID, order date, item details, amount, buyer name, and shipping/billing address. You may also enter and save your own business details (name, address, email, phone, tax/VAT number, logo) and invoice settings.
2. How your data is used
All data is used solely to generate, preview, number, and download your invoices, and to keep a local history of invoices you create. That’s it.
3. Local-only processing — no servers
The Extension runs entirely on your device. Your business details, settings, logo, and invoice history are stored locally in your browser (via the browser’s storage and IndexedDB). Order data is processed on your device to create the invoice. We do not send, upload, transmit, or store any of this data on our servers or any third-party server.
4. No selling, sharing, or tracking
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone. The Extension contains no analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party data-collection tools.
5. Third parties
The Extension does not send your data to any third party. It only reads Amazon Seller Central pages that you are already logged into and viewing, using your existing session, to read the order information needed for the invoice.
6. Data retention and control
Because everything is stored locally, you are fully in control. You can delete individual invoices or clear all history from within the Extension, and removing (uninstalling) the Extension deletes its locally stored data.
7. Permissions
The Extension requests only the permissions it needs to function: storage (save your settings and invoice history locally), downloads (save generated PDF invoices), tabs and offscreen (open the invoice editor and render PDFs), and access to Amazon Seller Central domains (to read order data for the invoice). It does not access websites other than Amazon Seller Central.
8. Children
The Extension is a business tool intended for sellers and is not directed to children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
